Dhruvakumar is a Principal Member of Technical Staff at Oracle, where he is currently working as a Technical Lead to design and develop Data Sync service to sync data between different servers in CX Industry vertical solution - DX4C. He is also developing a new chatbot service called DX4C Billing Care Assistant. Dhruvakumar is a highly motivated individual who is passionate about learning and expanding his knowledge on programming, latest technology, and building software to enrich people's lives. In his previous roles at Oracle, Dhruvakumar worked on the development of new SaaS products using the latest technologies, laid down the initial foundation for projects, and developed multiple microservices for projects. He also developed a gateway service using websocket protocol in a product called API gateway, developed a microservice for cloud analytics in a project called Live Experience, and Dockerized a product called API gateway and automated deployment of service. He played the role of technical lead in developing a web client called Admin Console from scratch and developed a monitoring service for a project called Collaboration Cloud. Dhruvakumar holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from PES University.
